Let. It. Go.
Even if you’re still mad, or feel wronged, or cry when you think of it.
ESPECIALLY if you’re feeling these things.
I know. That’s easier said than done. It takes effort, and that effort has to be fueled by a desire to move on, and to consciously choose, every time you think of that situation, person, or memory, to think, “It’s time to let my attachment to this situation, person, or memory GO. I am ready to move on to (fill in the blank for where you want to go/what you want to do.)
It’s a choice. You have to want that new path more than you want how righteous, hurt, or angry you feel about what’s been holding you back.
Or, as Stella would tell you, you have to want the new ball more than you want the old one.
Need help? I’m here to walk you through it. You can do this. YOU CAN DO THIS. I promise.
